Verdict

Miss Adelaide and Imtalkinggibberish have obvious form claims here but we will put forward Mynd as a big priced alternative. Richard Whitaker's five- year- old has not been beaten far on his last three outings and his most recent effort behind Dutch Key Card has been boosted on a couple of occasions. He goes well on this track as he proved when only three lengths behind Golden Dixie and off today's mark he should go very close. Miss Adelaide has finished runner up in two similar races at Lingfield and Southwell this year, and may need to drop a couple of pounds before winning again. She should be vying for the places though along with Imtalkinggibberish who hit winning form last time over course and distance when easily accounting for Scary Night. Winthorpe and Best Lead should also be capable of taking a hand in the finish, but Mynd looks back a fair mark and is taken to land fist prize.
