Decider has been running consistently well of late and has to be respected but he looks to be in the grip of the handicapper at present racing off the same mark as last time when finding two too good and 4lbs higher than when last successful so he may have to settle for minor honours again with a better bet looking to be LOVE YOU LOUIS, who gets the vote over Monte Major. Derek Shaw's gelding has solid claims on form having won well over course and distance last time and he has every chance off just a 4lb higher mark today but he has been done few favours with a draw in stall nine of the 12 runners and looks best watched. Reg Hollinshead's Interchoice Star disappointed here a couple of starts ago but generally his form has been good of late and he has to be considered but his form is all over further and he may not be suited by the drop to the minimum trip. Peter Grayson's Norse Warrior has struggled in handicaps since landing his maiden here in December and a better bet looks to be Love You Louis. The John Jenkins-trained gelding has run better in recent starts over six furlongs, will not be inconvenienced by the drop to five and he looks worth chancing from his draw in stall three.
