Haraz finally achieved the win all his supporters had been begging for when running down Black Truffle at Chelmsford the last day over this trip on his 38th start and it would be typical if he went and followed up here. He has obvious claims off a 3lb higher mark and seems sure to be in the shoot-out but dual course and distance winner, DAZEEKHA, may just spoil the party and in doing so complete a three-timer. Michael Herrington has his string in excellent shape at present and his Captain Gerrard mare has shown a fine attitude to prevail the last twice in close finishes. That resilience can serve her well once again. The Lacemaker should be in the shake-up with the champion jockey aboard and connections also reaching for first-time cheekpieces, whilst Semana Santa sports first-time blinkers and merits a place on the shortlist on the best of his form.
