      Verdict

Tred Softly is 5lb lower than when scoring over course and distance around this time last year and James King is one of the more experienced amateurs. Anything Simon Walker rides in races like this is worth a second look and Frozon, third over track and trip last time, is no exception. Compatriot was second at Dundalk in the autumn but that was over a mile and he has his first run for Olly Murphy. FILAMENT OF GOLD has won four times on the all-weather, three of them coming here. Back over his best trip, he might be worth an interest in a contest that lacks strength-in-depth. Bohemian Rhapsody has been in better form lately but this looks on the sharp side.
