Star Ascending won over track and trip in April but hasn’t raced since May while Super Kid may do better dropping down in class today. Charlie D won at the track in August and was narrowly beaten back here last week. He can figure along with the returning Noble Expression, who ended last year with a novice success over a mile at Chelmsford, but MAPPED is preferred. The latter scored over 1m4f at Kempton before placing off today’s higher mark back at the same venue and Charlie Hills’ colt gets the nod on that form.
