A four-runner seller no less, and one in which Senor Miro gets the vote over Repeat. The selection is the highest rated in the contest and comes here in good heart following a couple of placed efforts at Lingfield. Admittedly, his only other run here was a disappointing one and he must have had training problems as he has had relatively little racing for a six-year-old. However, we'll give him the nod over Repeat, who gained his second career win when scoring over course and distance five days ago. He too looks as though he has had his training problems but must be competitive at this level. Star Lad has three and a half lengths to find on Repeat based on that run five days ago. Much as he has a three-pound pull for that, he isn't one to place ultimate faith in. This leaves Tefi, the lowest rated in the contest and a winner of just one race. That was a maiden apprentice handicap at Southwell in February of last year off a mark of 42. Hardly compelling form figures so the wheel spins back to Senor Miro, who can gain his first career success.
