COMMON CENTS posted a much improved effort when landing a maiden at this track last month, his first start since June. There should be more to come from him this year and he's preferred to the more exposed Avonvalley. The latter beat five of today's opposition over track and trip last time with Restless Bay finishing the closest back in fifth and she should be thereabouts once again. Holy Angel recorded a double here earlier in the year and is another to consider back at this level after three subsequent starts in better company.
