In depth

Verdict

Boreana showed improved form for the switch to the Polytrack here last month when chasing home Benny The Bus and Jedd O'Keefe's filly looks worth backing on that evidence and gets the vote ahead of Wodhill Gold and The City Kid. The last mentioned may do better back on the Polytrack today but is probably a shade high in the weights at present so he may be best watched. Hoh Wotanite has slipped back to a fair mark and ran better in an amateur riders' contest last time so has to be respected, while Green Pirate looks to be coming into form and has solid place claims at least. Sun Bian has dropped to a decent mark but has given little cause for optimism, while Reveur has disappointed of late and may be best watched. Wodhill Gold has shown steady improvement of late and has to be considered but preference is for Boreana who is preferred.
