In depth

Verdict

These are not the most reliable of performers but Nashharry has run to a fair level of form in each of her last two starts and Sylvester Kirk's filly gets the vote ahead of The Jay Factor and Call Me Rosy. The last mentioned is entitled to come on for her reappearance run here last month and has to be respected. Bentley is capable but may just be a shade high in the weights at present, while Pennyrock has yet to prove his effectiveness on the all-weather. A market move for Vadinka would be of interest although more solid claims are probably held by Pat Eddery's relatively lightly raced The Jay Factor. Nashharry has solid claims on recent form though and she is marginally preferred.
