Verdict

Kikos has won twice here over 2m but stays this longer trip. He will probably never get a better chance to end a frustrating run of placed efforts with most of his likely market rivals returning from a lay-off but is still taken on with NOSECOND CHANCE. Charlie Mann's five-year-old has a chasing pedigree and it may be significant that he's being put straight into handicaps instead of taking the novice route over the larger obstacles. Mister Wiseman and Master Somerville are capable of running well fresh and could be the pick of the remainder with Maraafeq's stable yet to hit form.
