In depth

Verdict

GULF PUNCH appears to have got his act together lately and ran another sound race when runner-up to the well-backed Well Hello There over 2m4f at Carlisle last week. He should have no problem with the extra half-mile on this easier track and is probably the one to beat with Henry Brooke again taking off 5lb. Businessmoney Judi appears to be improving and his latest third at Market Rasen was a decent effort, though he remains untried over this trip. Mtpockets stays further, however, as she proved when successful over 3m3f at Fontwell last time. Neil Mulholland's mare may enjoy a fitness advantage over Little Carmela, Fiddlededee and Miss Saffron.
