Verdict

WALDEN PRINCE has made mincemeat of rivals the last twice since joining David Bridgwater and is hard to oppose in the hat-trick bid. This is a better race though and he does have 14lb of penalties to contend with but he looks best followed until beaten. Sublime Talent is a consistent performer at this level and actually receives weight from the selection if the 10lb allowance of the stable conditional is taken into account. He looks quite a danger. Sleep In First ran well behind Buckwheat over timber at Aintree last time but connections now revert to chasing as he's officially rated 3lb higher over hurdles and Richard Johnson is booked.
