Verdict

There wasn't a lot wrong with AMBION WOOD's debut second to Make A Track at Sandown last month. Victor Dartnall's Oscar gelding may just have needed that run and can go one better here. Howard's Legacy slipped up when favourite at Fontwell 10 days ago but has place prospects again here while Sedano, a half-brother to a couple of winners in France, looks an interesting newcomer from the Alan King yard. Gizzit was third on his introduction at Hereford in January but this is potentially a stronger contest.
