    Verdict

Auditor could not have won with any more ease than when putting some poor performances behind him when successful here last month and he has to be respected under his penalty but the nine-year-old is not the most consistent of runners and preference is for THENAMEESCAPESME, who gets the verdict with Extra Bold rated the best of the rest. The selection has, unlike Auditor, been running consistently well being placed in each of his last three starts and he is taken to gain a deserved success for his in-form handler Kim Bailey. The lightly raced Badger showed improved form at Uttoxeter last time and would have claims if able to build on that effort, while Rob Dickin's Jacarado has given little sign of encouragement in two outings this term. Richard Lee's Extra Bold has been harshly punished by the handicapper for his win at Exeter in May but should come on for his recent reappearance at the same venue last month and he has to be respected. Thenameescapesme has been running well though and is taken to resume winning ways.
