Verdict

Tri Na Ceile landed a Killarney maiden before two very good runs in strong handicaps and should have a good season. Star Power won three races in a light campaign last term but they were all over 2m, two of them on Polytrack at Dundalk. All About Alfie made all on heavy going at Gowran earlier this month to beat South South West but the assessor has hit him with a 12lb rise. Joseph O'Brien was on board when DALIYAN scored over 1m2f at Gowran and takes the ride again. His mount will have found that trip on the short side so he gets the nod to follow up. Ibsen returned to action on the Flat after running in staying hurdles to finish strongly over 1m6f at Leopardstown so may find this on the short side.
