Verdict

Sunday's Sligo winner Lord Erskine would have a chance if getting a run from his reserve spot. Wild Sam has yet to lose his maiden tag and ,though he's been running well enough, keeps going up in the ratings without winning. Urbanist won a Punchestown handicap on New Year's Eve and has continued to perform well. He's 12lb higher but should make a bold bid. Oskar High, a winner at Killarney in August, has been waiting for better ground so could find this on the soft side on his return to action. COTTONVALE (NAP) hasn't managed to win yet but was caught right on the line by Fourina at Tramore and, though the winner has been beaten subsequently, Eoin Doyle's charge can go one better. Cerealice has shown potential and Timmie Roe would have a chance if managing to get round safely.
