In depth

Verdict

Paul Nicholls has trained five of the last six winners and runs a couple in this. Stradivarius Davis has been well beaten over timber so far but RINGA DING DING was placed at Taunton recently behind Don’t Ask, rated 123, and that looks good enough form in this company. Leoro has shown little over hurdles so far but won on the Flat at Wolverhampton last month and may do better today while Mister Serious has an earlier placed effort at Fontwell to his credit. Point-to-point winner Athreeothree never figured at Wincanton last time but this faster ground may suit him.
