    Verdict

Taqneen is likely to come in for support after his third second spot in succession at Haydock but the value of his previous narrow defeat on that track has taken a knock and he looks one to oppose. Iftikaar was cheaply bought after half-a-dozen outings in France and had little chance on his debut for Philip Kirby here last month but ran respectably and will have come on for the run, his first for over a year. Millkwood has now had 22 starts and seems better on ground with some give while the stoutly-bred Gleese The Devil looked as though a longer trip would suit when staying on at Carlisle. GUESSHOWMUCHILOVEU is related to a host of winners, including Irish Oaks winner Vintage Tipple. He makes the journey from Newmarket so, in a race that shouldn't take too much winning, he's handed a speculative vote though the market may tell us more.
