In depth

Verdict

A small but competitive field goes to post for this handicap and many can be given chances on their best form and the principals appear to be Wemyss Quest, Shampooed and and Dantie Boy and the selection is Shampooed. The mare from the Robin Dickin yard is fit will love the ground and she may get an easy lead in this small field and in the hope that she does she could be the value in an open affair. Wemyss Quest defeated Three Days Reign in good style last time out but he is still prone to the odd error and he may struggle under his penalty. Dantie Boy is another that could go well his latest second behind Mestra Sala gives him every chance. Of the remainder Rainbow Dance and Flahive's First are from shrewd yards and are worth a cautionary look in the market.
