Verdict

It was heavy going when Little Light won last year’s renewal though she can race off the same mark today. Commis D'Office returned to action with a good effort at Newbury only to disappoint at Wetherby last time and drops down a grade still looking for a first success in this country while AZZURI hasn’t won since 2019. But the latter went close over track and trip on a couple of occasions last summer and has plummeted down the weights subsequently. Dan Skelton’s charge is taken to bounce back in this with Baby King perhaps best of the rest.
