Verdict

First Class Return found only one too good at Ayr on his first outing since wind surgery but remains a maiden after 25 starts and SUMMIT LIKE HERBIE makes more appeal. The latter scored at Doncaster at this time last year and will be sharper for a recent comeback at Plumpton when only fading in the closing stages. Diamond Brig won at Uttoxeter in November though has disappointed in both subsequent starts while Take Em Out has had just the one outing since scoring at Stratford back in 2109, though is back on a winning mark. Shady Oaks is preferred to Packettotherafters of the remaining pair.
