Verdict

Royal Beauty did a bit better on her handicap debut at Bellewstown where she found a mile just too far so she has to be on the short-list from her lowly spot in the weights. Have A Nice Day, a winner at Dundalk in February, returned to form with a fine second to Rockview Emperor at Naas while Beat The Bell has dropped to a lenient mark and showed at Cork that an eleventh career success isn't far off. After a narrow defeat by Topadee over this trip at Limerick last June, it was a surprise to see THE HAMPTONS running over 5f at Tipperary on his belated comeback in May. Not surprisingly he didn't get involved but that should have blown the cobwebs off and a chance is taken that he's ready to do himself justice. Jembatt scored off a mark of 74 at the Curragh a year ago so has to be a threat on an 11lb lower mark here.
