Verdict

This is a low grade handicap which offers an opportunity to VASONI, who won here in June. She's run well in subsequent starts here and at Galway and is well enough treated despite her big weight. Cookie Crumbles has never won on Turf in 24 starts but has run some fair races on soft ground and with conditions to her liking she should prove a threat but another Turf maiden, Gatamalata, was tailed off at Killarney last time. Great Ability is just 2lb higher than his only success to date and Katie O'Brien, who was on board that day, takes the ride again.
