Verdict

Fashions Monty is our choice here ahead of Lord Of The Land, Benefit and Simlet. The selection has been in good form of late and comes here on the back of a Hexham win from today's mark in a conditional jockeys' handicap chase. She is also a course and distance winner, albeit from a five-pound lower mark, stays well and, overall, looks to have plenty going for her. Lord Of The Land has also scored over course and distance, being five pounds above a victorious mark now, and, generally consistent of late, should give you a run for your money. Simlet is seven pounds better off for the two-and-a-half lengths he finished behind Benefit at Hexham in May, and comes here fit, but Fisher Street, despite being well weighted on 2002 form, had been off the track for some time before his recent two runs but did not really show enough in them to be fancied today. Jumbo's Dream, despite being out of the weights, is now back to a winning mark but others are preferred and Suggest maybe has a few pounds to find overall with our selection which is, once again, Fashions Monty.
