Verdict

James Fanshawe's progressive handicapper Musicanna deserves to take her chance in this grade but she needs to improve again to get the better of Echelon, who is preferred to Teeba. The last mentioned stepped up on the form of her reappearance run when chasing home the selection in similar grade at Newbury last month and now has a 4lb pull for four lengths. While open to improvement after just three starts, John Dunlop's filly faces no easy task in reversing that form and preference is for Echelon, who was gaining a well-deserved first success of the campaign that day after a string of creditable efforts in defeat. Bentley's Bush takes a step up in class and of more interest may be Dumnoni, who has shown a consistent level of form in this grade of late. Echelon holds solid claims on this season's form though and she gets the vote.
