In depth

Verdict

Clifton Debut fell at Cheltenham in October on only his third start over fences after earlier running the useful Golden Kite to a short-head at Clonmel. He may just need this after his break but is one for the future. A line through Golden Kite just about gives him the edge over OSCAR GLORY but the latter will be much sharper after a couple of excellent runs this season and is on a nice mark. Top weight won't prevent another big effort from Dancing Hero who is superb form having followed his success over fences at Gowran with a cracking run over hurdles in a huge field at Punchestown. Rossbeigh hasn't proved he stays this far over the bigger obstacles but he wasn't stopping behind Pallasmore over 2m5f at Killarney last time.
