Verdict

A filly in form is a fine thing to behold and Hypnosis must have claims, but over this extra furlong we will take her on with the hat-trick seeking Amy Louise ahead of Golden Asha. Money for David Barron's runner would only reinforce the feeling that Amy Louise can score today. Soft ground suits so the forecast rain will suit and with plenty of pace in the line-up, the race could be set up for her as she stays seven furlongs. She won first time up last season and can score again today. Hypnosis is very consistent but continues to inch up the weights and whilst she hasn't run over this trip for a while (improved since), she looks vulnerable. Golden Asha should appreciate this drop in class and has claims, whilst the same applies to Angus Newz. Mango Music should come on for her recent run and looks a danger, but Amy Louise has the staying power and gets the vote in a truly run race.
