In depth

Verdict

None of those with previous experience have really sparkled up to date so it would be no surprise to see the Mark Johnston-trained Interwoven make a winning racecourse debut here. Leslingtaylor made a pleasing enough debut to be forwarded as the main danger, while Tsaroxy and Wigwam Willie have shown nothing to write home about, but have to be respected on the reputations of their yards alone. Enborne Again is also worth looking at for the same reason, as Richard Fahey already has a fair strike-rate with his youngsters at this track this season. However, this cheaply purchased colt is likely to benefit greatly from the run and is probably best watched today. In contrast to Interwoven, who is related to several high-class winners, and he will not need to be anywhere near as precocious to handle this lot today.
