MISTERISLAND is taken to land this handicap, while both Minturno and Sea Salt are worth noting in the betting market. The selection caught the eye after finishing second at Leicester recently. He is still a maiden after twenty career starts but after running a personal best he has to be respected and with luck in running he must go close to breaking his maiden tag. Minturno won twice last season and has been knocking on the door in similar races of late. He was not beaten far after finishing third of eleven at Pontefract last time out and is sure to pick up some prize money once again. Sea Salt was back to somewhere near his best at Doncaster last time out and a repeat performance will see him in the shake up come the business end of the race. Misterisland has conditions in his favour and look the percentage call.
