In depth

Verdict

A competitive race can go to Let It Be, with Bulberry Hill, Sunridge Fairy and Sovereign State also respected. The selection made good late headway to finish second at Newcastle last time and, over this longer trip, looks set to play a leading part today. Sovereign State also caught the eye making late gains last time and rates a decent opponent to the selection. The likes of Bulberry Hill is granted respect if able to transfer his recent all-weather form to Turf, while Sunridge Fairy, even from out of the weights today, gets respect following a fair run over a shorter trip last time. Cadeau Rouge might also improve for this longer trip, while Maritime Blues could also show improvement on what has so far been achieved. It's competitive and watch the betting for clues but, for us the vote goes to Let It Be.
