Arabian Moon and Monte Cristo look to have fairly solid claims here but we will take a chance on Villair. The selection is a course and distance winner who came from a long way off the pace to win last time out and he is a game and consistent sort who is in great heart at present. Monte Cristo was a shade disappointing last time behind Mighty Strong at Newbury but would certainly have chances on his best form. Arabian Moon did not have the race run to suit when finishing behind Jollyolly last time, but still stayed on well, and with A P McCoy in the plate, he should go very well. Ain Tecbalet is the other to consider as he ran well enough on his chasing debut behind Ulusaba at Hereford last month, and he should come on for that run. This looks fairly competitive despite the small field, but we will take a chance on Villair.
