        Verdict

        Assuming that the last time out effort of Good Girl was just a temporary blip, the daughter of College Chapel will be hard to beat here. She had the best form on offer prior to that run and is well worth persevering with on the pick of last season's efforts. Olivia Grace is progressing nicely and should benefit from the experience, as should Bright Edge, whose form from last term gives her solid claims today if Good Girl is again below par. Whereas Carrie Pooter should find this smaller field more to her liking than the 30-strong contenders from her last outing. She has been lightly raced over the last couple of seasons but deserves to take her chance at gaining some black-type. Lupine will need to improve on her reappearance effort at Kempton if she is to figure, whilst Agrippina has ability but faces a very stiff task at the weights for her reappearance.
