In depth

Verdict

Dahman, Piety and Charlie Tokyo are the leading lights in this handicap and we will side with the last mentioned. The selection was not beaten last time by Robustian and after a short break he could well be up to taking this. His yard are in cracking form and he looks the value call. Dahman did not look to be enjoying it as he carried his head high last time and although he ability he is also one to have reservations about although he should be better suited by today's ground. Piety won well last time but off her current handicap mark she is sure to find life tough and for that reason she may be best watched. Babe Maccool is from an in-form yard and is the other with solid each-way claims, but for the winner we are happy to return to Charlie Tokyo.
