Verdict

First Sitting is taking a big jump in trip having scored over 1m1f at Hamilton then finished runner-up over that distance at York. Both runs were on ground with plenty of give so this is something of an unknown for David O'Meara's charge. Castilo Del Diablo stays much further than this so his rider is likely to make it a stamina test. He's been gradually dropping in the ratings since last year's two all-weather victories and has to be a threat. A chance is taken with ENDLESS CREDIT, who won a maiden here two years ago and has scored twice over timber this year. He didn't run so well on his return to the Flat at York but the run should have put him straight and he's on a nice mark. Liberty Red stayed on strongly to score over 1m2f at Pontefract and shouldn't have any problems with the extra.
