        Verdict

        The Hannon yard has won the last three of these and is double-handed this time. Eltezam looks the better of the pair having finished third in the Coventry Stakes and he'd earlier beaten Elronaq at Haydock. AREEN couldn't quite get to Washington Dc in the Windsor Castle when Steady Pace, who started favourite, was less than a length behind. Both were finishing well and, with the extra furlong certain to suit, can fight out the finish here. Experto Crede, a 290,000gns yearling, was well supported when scoring here last month and deserves this step up in class.
