A very good line-up for one of the most-important fillies' two-year-old races of the year. Our eye is drawn to Carry On Katie, but Badminton, Much Faster and Ruby Rocket represent solid challengers. The selection beat Badminton by two lengths in the Lowther Stakes at York, and that is just about the best juvenile form for fillies we have seen this year. She looks an exciting prospect. Much Faster is a very useful filly and commands plenty of respect. She was second in the Group 1 Prix Morny on her last outing, having earlier won her first four races. One thing to bear in mind is that she is not proven on going this fast, but her pedigree suggests she should be at home on it. Ruby Rocket is smart and comes here on the back of a Listed win at Ayr, and while she has something to find with Nyramba on their Salisbury runs, she might be up to it. Nyramba has since won well at Ascot so comes here in good heart. An excellent race, and one that ought to have a bearing on next year's 1,000 Guineas betting.
