    Verdict

Hughie Morrison has a fabulous record at the track and that ratio can be extended by Queen Cobra. The daughter of Indian Rocket has won just once in her career, a facile success on heavy ground at Yarmouth. Queen Cobra has yet to score this season but was only narrowly denied by Blue Aura at Windsor a week ago. Morrison could have gone for a race at Epsom today but has decided to go where the ground was at its worst. Many in the field are out of form with the exception of Orpenlina, an impressive winner on heavy ground at Ayr. Richard Fahy's filly receives a hefty 18lbs from Queen Cobra and rates the main danger. Northern Chorus, a facile winner at Redcar, is on the upgrade but the ground is a worry. Queen Cobra, therefore, is a confident selection.
