In depth

Verdict

SWING HARD won nicely over course and distance three weeks ago. Sue Smith's charge can confirm superiority with previous winner Badger Foot and follow up. Billy Cuckoo won on faster ground at Southwell on his latest start but is upped a grade for this, while Zaru has been raised 9lb for his recent win over 2m1f at this track. Galway Jack remains out of sorts and is still 10lb higher than when last winning, but Watts Up Woody can get involved off his current mark if on one of his going days.
