      Verdict

John Gosden has won this three times in recent years and is double-handed this time. STELLA BELLISIMA is by Sea The Stars and a half-sister to the Irish St Leger winner Duncan and the stayer Samuel. She'll stay further in time but this should prove within her capabilities. Her stablemate Saint Lucy cost 170,000gns and her dam has produced winners with her first two foals, both at around this trip. Emerald Swell's dam is also responsible for winners with her first two offspring while Cape Mystery has looked as though she needed this sort of trip in both starts over a mile.
