Verdict

Not one favourite has won this in the nine renewals of which Brian Meehan has won three. He's represented this time by MUSTADEEM and he caught the eye in no uncertain terms behind Adaay here last month and can improve enough to beat some smart-looking rivals. Richard Hannon runs three with Estidhkaar and St Brelades Bay both making very promising debuts in strong maidens. Grigolo showed good speed at Haydock and the likely quicker ground will definitely be in his favour while Flying Machine can put his experience to good use in what should be a very informative contest.
