In depth

Verdict

PEKING TO PARIS attempted to make all at Fairyhouse but had no answer when Starkie quickened past. He looked very much in need of the experience that day and should go one better. Cross To Boston showed the benefit of his introduction with a decent effort behind the classy pair Clonbanan Lad and Mozoltov at Naas and though well beaten he was a long way in front of the remainder. Kasszec won a point-to-point at Durrow last month by a dozen lengths but only four of the 16 runners finished in the testing conditions and she'll probably do better when faced with obstacles.
