Verdict

Aidan O'Brien has won seven of the last 13 renewals and can make it eight with FRANCIS OF ASSISI, who was behind today's rival Barbados Bob at Fairyhouse last month but will have come on greatly for the experience. Illustrate also represents Ballydoyle and this hugely expensive colt must be kept on the right side. Johnny Lynch didn't have much chance against subsequent Listed winner Seolan at Listowel and should do better over this shorter trip while Leargas appeared to find the minimum trip too short at Tipperary after a promising start over this C&D.
