      Verdict

MCVICAR was a decent sort on the Flat and won over 1m2f at Epsom in July. He's now with Alan King and looks an ideal type to go hurdling. The Tobougg gelding can make the most of the 10lb he receives for Gordon Elliott's Galway and Gowran winner Fisher. Dalmo and Third Half were both found wanting under a penalty last time but Eightfold should improve on his debut third at Ludlow and likewise My Guardian Angel and Dollar Bill for respective runs at Bangor and Fontwell.
