CABARET's connections have declined a run in the Musidora at York to run here and see the race as a prelude to better things as she is entered in every major fillies' event. A very impressive winner of a Group 3 at Leopardstown in July, she was hampered by a slipped saddle when contesting the Prix Marcel Boussac on her only subsequent start and that run can be totally ignored. Akdarena continues on the upgrade and managed to see off Dazzling Day and Unity at Navan despite repeatedly swishing her tail. The fast ground may have been responsible for that display of temperament and it's unlikely to be any easier here though she should still have too many guns for Dazzling Day, who finished runner-up but was later disqualified, the eventual second Unity, and the selection's stablemate Lady Lupus, who was disappointing back in seventh. The tough She's Our Mark can never be dismissed though she seems better on ground with some give.
