In depth

Verdict

Lord Aeryn was a winner when last seen and although he only just held on it was only his second start of the season so there could be more to come. That said the vote goes to SIR GEORGE who is clearly on form and his run behind Glenridding last time out looks rock solid with him surrounded by subsequent winners. Amethyst Dawn had only one in front when 2lb lighter in the handicap on his latest so has to enter calculations and Avonrose could go well from bottom weight if bouncing back from a rare poor run. A tight race but Sir George is very much on form.
