MIDTECH VALENTINE (NAP) is upped a further 8lb for winning at Ludlow having also scored at Warwick earlier last month. Toby Wheeler was on board at Warwick and renews the partnership today. His 7lb allowance should see Ian Williams' mare confirm latest running with fourth-placed Grimley Girl and go in again. Superfection won a maiden hurdle over track and trip in February but has not threatened since and Mystic Sky is preferred on her recent second at Fontwell. Quiet Candid beat Grimley Girl here over a year ago but has struggled subsequently while the frustrating Faerie Reel has bits of form but posted another of her below-par efforts at Haydock last time.
