In depth

Verdict

Many of these have been in fine form at Dundalk including Drillmaster, who has won his last three there, all over a mile. He's certainly got the pace for this shorter trip but has gone up another 7lb for his latest victory. Suvenna had shown promise on Turf before landing a Dundalk maiden over this trip. She had a horse rated 69 almost five lengths behind so an opening mark of 75 looks lenient. Approcaillis won over 6f at Dundalk and would have finished closer over this trip back there last time if getting a clear run. Murmuration makes her handicap debut on her first start since October but this can go to the lightly-raced SHOELLEN. She's performed with credit in strong company and was staying on strongly in a premier handicap over 6f at Naas last month.
