Verdict

The veteran Lightening Stricks was a 33/1 chance when landing a Killarney handicap last month when All Dolled Up was third and ASK KATIE (NAP) a staying-on fourth. The latter came from an unpromising position and with Kieren Fallon again in the saddle she can gain the first victory of her career. Busy Bush has never won but couldn't have got much closer to the in-form Elusive In Paris at Killarney and the fact that she's only 1lb higher and has Kevin Manning in the plate is a bonus. Longfield Lad hasn't won since 2013 but has run better from this much lower mark on his last two starts.
