Verdict

RYLEE MOOCH has been withdrawn from a couple of engagements of late and though its some time since Richard Guest's six-year-old managed to win a race, he's beginning to look well handicapped these days. It's hoped that the application of blinkers can get him back to winning ways. Clearing and Johnny Splash are old rivals around this circuit with the former getting the verdict when they met in May. Jim Boyle's filly has found life difficult since the handicapper put her up the weights for that success but Roger Teal's gelding will be brimming with confidence having taken advantage of a lower Turf mark at Brighton. Previous course and distance winner Mossgo is 6lb lower than when he last ran on the Polytrack and the booking of Luke Morris appears significant under the circumstances.
