    Verdict

Parc Aux Boules is not the most straight forward of characters, but should be capable of landing this modest handicap, Seldemosa and I Wish can chase him home. Roger Charlton's gelding has taken well to the all-weather and put in another solid display at Southwell last time, finishing runner-up to Abbeygate. His previous effort here behind Balerno was also full of promise and off today's mark he looks then one to beat. I Wish is running better than her form figures suggest and is expected to go well at a decent price. However the main threat to the selection should be Seldemosa. This well bred daughter of Selkirk landed a decent looking maiden at Wolverhampton last time and has valuable Lingfield experience as well, she will be difficult to keep out of the frame. Of the others Littleton Zephir has claims on his best form, but Parc Aux Boules looks the pick of the weights today and gets our vote.
